

At Brighton Jones, our volunteer work, company retreats, family events and holiday parties all help strengthen our firm culture. We hold two off-site retreats per year to review goals, acknowledge accomplishments and deepen our relationships. We also host more informal gatherings for the team and their families several times per year.
We support many local and national charities, including the Moyer Foundation, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and New Horizons, a shelter for homeless teenagers. We also dedicate two days per year to building homes for families in need on behalf of Habitat for Humanity.
At Brighton Jones, we’ve designed roles and responsibilities, lines of communication and all manner of business processes — including our hiring process — to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience and outcomes.
Our people come from all walks of life, but share a common passion. We work in teams and across disciplines and everyone is expected to deepen and expand their own personal expertise and share it openly with others. Responsibilities are shared and so are the rewards.
