At Brighton Jones, we recognize that our employees have important and productive lives beyond the office. Our volunteer work, family oriented events and holiday parties all help strengthen our firm culture and reinforce the balance we all strive for.

We hold four quarterly “team meeting weeks” per year in our Seattle headquarters for all employees to review firm goals and financials, participate in group trainings, and share ideas.

We also host more informal gatherings for the team and their families several times per year.

During July and August, employees enjoy every other Friday off to take advantage of our beautiful summers and spend additional time with friends and family.
