How do I help our clients live a richer life?
As client services operations manager at Brighton Jones, I support advisors and their teams by making sure the wheels stay oiled and keep turning smoothly with accuracy and integrity. Whether it’s setting up new accounts, placing trades, or anything in between, it is with great reward to help clients achieve their personal goals. Having grown up with a family-run business, customer service is in my blood. I am proud to be a part of an organization that prides itself on solid values and puts customer service above all else. I am a graduate of the University of California San Diego with a bachelor of science in economics and prior experience in insurance and trade finance.
How do I spend my time outside of Brighton Jones?
Having spent the last ten years in Southern California, I am now staying busy by getting reacquainted with my hometown and other areas of the Pacific Northwest. You’ll likely find me getting out of the house by exploring new restaurants, running, hiking, snowboarding, or discovering hidden gems in one of Seattle’s many neighborhoods. Otherwise I’m staying inside with a craft or home improvement project, painting, baking, or planning for the next weekend trip. Most of these activities are enjoyed with my husband Chris and/or family and friends, old and new.
