This belief led us to take action that garnered a few raised eyebrows from our peers: financial education for young adults, mindfulness training for advisors, and programs dedicated to helping others reach their big-picture goals.

#OneTeam for Kenya

Global challenges can feel distant—until you ask, “How can we help?” That simple question launched Brighton Jones’ decade-long partnership with Kenyan communities. A client connection sparked a small project which has grown into the #OneTeam for Kenya campaign. Rooted in relationships, not charity, our work supports local organizations addressing education, healthcare, job creation, animal welfare, and climate resilience. Every three years, we rally our team and clients to raise essential, multi-year funding for our partners. In 2025, we aim to raise $1 million.

1% for Compassion

Brighton Jones is committed to donating 1% of our revenue to charitable programs and nonprofits.

Setting the Foundation

Brighton Jones offers unlimited time off for volunteering and a $25 match for each hour served. We also offer a generous donation match program and nonprofit board member training.

Strength in Numbers

Our team volunteered over 8,300 hours in 2022 with nonprofits in the communities we call home. Globally, we support more than 75 organizations.
