We Think Community Involvement Is a Bright Idea

Philanthropy has always been an integral part of our culture. As a team, we enjoy getting involved in our community by cooking breakfast regularly for homeless youth, building homes with Habitat for Humanity, and volunteering at United Way’s Community Resource Exchange. Many of us are also involved with organizations that support our own local communities.
We think that encouraging and supporting our team to give back is a secret retention tool – it helps all of us enjoy where we work and unites us as a team. Becoming a Corporate Champion for Basic Needs was a team effort and is an award
that all of us are extremely proud of.
