How do I help our clients live a richer life?
As chief operating officer, I align our internal resources to ensure we can execute our company strategies and deliver on the firm’s mission. Through this role, I have the opportunity to spend my time in a manner that closely aligns with my core values: grit, love, joy, wonder, authenticity, and optimism. These values underpin my mission to help the people around me believe in themselves, see the greatness in others, and ultimately positively impact the world. I approach every day with the mindset of how I can help. Supporting our internal team allows me to help our clients live their richest lives.

How do I align my time and money with my values and passions to Live a Richer Life?
Outside the office, I invest my time in activities and causes that reflect my passion for physical fitness, sports, the outdoors, and community. On any given day, you may find me coaching a soccer team, working out with friends, walking my dog, hiking, paddleboarding, or leading initiatives through the Seattle Sports Commission Foundation. I strive to live every day to the fullest and improve the lives of others around me.
