How do I align my time and money with my values and passions to Live a Richer Life?
I value mental, emotional, and physical resilience, which motivates me to exercise consistently, maintain a spiritual practice, deepen my connections with friends and family, and show up as my best self at work and in my community. I spend my money on travel, food, and various creative outlets, nurturing my passion for adventure and possibility. You can find me supporting my local Buddhist organization in pursuing individual happiness and a peaceful global society when not at work.
