As the Growth and Operations Director in our Northern California region I work with potential clients as they get to know Brighton Jones and help match new clients with an exceptional team. I also drive business planning strategy for our region and help the team to accomplish their goals. How do I align my time and money with my values and passions to Live a Richer Life?
Living a richer life means spending time with my loved ones, especially doing hobbies we enjoy together. Hiking, skiing, reading, and exploring are my favorite ways to spend my time. My love of travel has taken me to all corners of the world, so aligning my money here has always been a focus. I prioritize meaningful connections and building relationships, so I ask good questions and listen closely. This filters into my role in business development and managing the team at work and my personal life.
