How do I help our clients live a richer life?
I have the distinct pleasure of helping to lead the recruiting effort for Brighton Jones, including running our university recruiting programs. While my career started out in human resources, I realized that recruiting had always felt like the best part of my job. I’m so grateful to be able to focus on finding the best talent for a company that I absolutely love! It’s a privilege to provide great service to candidates, and play a small part in their journey to find the role that will help them live a richer life. As a Washington native, I come from a long line of Cougars and received my bachelor’s degree from Washington State University. I recently obtained my Society of Human Resource Management, Certified Professional designation.

How do I align my time and money with my values and passions to Live a Richer Life?
Connection is my compass, guiding me through travels, cultural explorations, and outdoor adventures. I cherish gatherings around a table with good food & wine and loved ones. My favorite moments are spent with my spouse, finding joy and laughter in our journey. Our spirited German Shorthaired Pointer, Tug, reminds us to embrace playfulness. As a Washington native, being in nature, giving back to my local community, and learning from diverse perspectives are a few ways to engage in growth and impact. As a core value, play leads me to hike, paddle board, cook new recipes, and enjoy the pickleball court. You can often find me curled up enjoying a good book at the end of the day.
