As the Director of People Operations, I have the privilege of supporting our People Team in all that we do. We work to find uniquely qualified individuals to contribute to our firm, help them acclimate, ultimately keep them engaged, and support their overall professional wellbeing. I live a richer life by embodying my values of excellence, connection, and compassion. In my personal and professional worlds, I strive to nurture my relationships with care and intention, knowing that what I put into them, I receive back two-fold. As a wife and a parent of two spirited and fun-loving children, I prioritize community and authentic connections, which profoundly enhance our lives. My passion for travel enables us to create core memories together, and I firmly believe that transformational experiences are the greatest lessons and gifts I can offer my children. Compassion and kindness are always the correct answers in moments of doubt or difficulty.
