As the Growth and Operations Director in our Southwest Region region I work with potential clients as they get to know Brighton Jones and help match new clients in Southern California, Arizona, Colorado and other areas of the Southwest with an exceptional team. I drive business planning strategy for our region and help the team to accomplish their goals. I work to hire and keep incredible team members and love collaborating with them to maintain a strong culture of collaboration, commitment, community, compassion, continuous growth and curiosity so they can truly focus on helping our clients pursue happiness and live richer lives.

How do I align my time and money with my values and passions to Live a Richer Life?
Having a positive impact on the world through philanthropy and supporting organizations and people dedicated to transformational change brings me purpose. My husband, family, and friends mean everything to me. I love connecting with them through travel to the beach, mountains, or under big city lights. I thrive by staying active, whether running out in nature or dancing and always cheer loudly for the Arizona Cardinals and Las Vegas Golden Knights.
