As the Client Service Operations Manager, I provide our teams the proactive support, tools, and resources they need to execute flawless experiences for our clients. In addition, I lead innovation panels and partner with our lines of business to help drive creative solutions and develop tactics and strategies to make service delivery more efficient and scalable.
How do I spend my time outside of Brighton Jones?
Outside of Brighton Jones, I love to focus on personal growth in all areas of life. I stay active through the gym, playing basketball, wakeboarding, snowboarding, hiking, dancing, and any new activity that may cross my path. I try to read a new book every month, pursue new adventures, learn something new, and get out of town for some R&R. I go home to Coeur d’Alene, ID as often as possible to visit my family and connect with my country roots.
