How do I help our clients live a richer life?
As the first face that people see when they walk off the elevator, my primary goal is to make guests feel at home. I love that I get the opportunity to set the tone for our clients’ experience by welcoming them into our space, offering them a beverage, and connecting with them. As operations manager, I look for ways to infuse energy and creativity into all of the things I manage, from ordering supplies and healthy snacks to maintaining and improving the office equipment and facilities. As a member of our “People Team,” I get to foster our culture of happiness and wellness. I enjoy supporting colleagues in doing their best work and carrying out our mission of helping clients live richer lives!
How do I spend my time outside of Brighton Jones?
I’m an avid runner, yogi, and personal development enthusiast. On the weekends, I love going to my neighborhood coffee shop with a good book and my journal. I enjoy the unexpected conversations and connections made over a good latte. I’m also a foodie and love discovering hole-in-the-wall joints around Seattle and learning about new cultures abroad through food.
