How do I help our clients live a richer life?
As the Salesforce business analyst, my role is to find the most effective ways to leverage the technology in our arsenal to provide the most seamless and consistent service experience possible for our clients. I enjoy the process of taking a concrete problem or process and abstracting it to a few basic principles to get to the heart of the goal or purpose, and then using that to drive solutions. We have an incredible team of talented professionals here, and I am passionate about finding ways to help them do better and more efficiently what they do best: serve clients!

How do I spend my time outside of Brighton Jones?
I have always had a love for the arts and like to stay active, so I find myself dedicating a good deal of my personal time to such hobbies as competitive ballroom dance, choral singing, reading, cycling, yoga, cooking, and sewing and designing clothes. Best of all, I love going on adventures with my husband—anything from international travel to camping road trips to checking out a new store or restaurant.
